This model is ready for reading QR codes displayed on the LCD screen of a mobile phone and the like. The reading is so reliable that it is not influenced by the statuses of the backlight for the LCD screen (turned on/off, dimmed, etc).

The model can read varieties of codes printed on paper.
The model can read varieties of 2D-codes, including QR codes, and barcodes such as PDF417, DataMatrix (ECC200), RSS (GSI DataBar) and so on that are printed on paper.

The model features exceptional reading capacity.
High-speed reading, twice that of the existing models, is realized with this model. Its reading is reliable even with poorly printed codes.

Auto-sensing function is implemented.
A function by which reading of codes is started automatically by sensing a code held over a unit is implemented.

Varieties of controls by commands are possible.
The operations of QK12 can be controlled by a parent device such as a personal computer, POS register, or the like through commands sent from it.

Selectable interface
The communication interface for the model can be either RS-232C or USB.

It is easy to set up the model.
There are two methods of setting up the model.

Mobile QR Code
QR code displayed on the LCD screen of a mobile phone is called “Mobile QR Code.” If your mobile phone can access the Web, the code can be displayed irrespective of which company is your communication carrier.
