Our repair and maintenance service options cover an assortment of bar code scanners, direct thermal/thermal transfer label and tag printers, label applicators, portable data terminals, wireless/radio frequency equipment, and print heads.

Here are just a handful of the endless benefits we`ll deliver as your Automatic ID equipment and systems service partner: Depot Repair, On-site Service and Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance visits by a certified technician, Technical Phone Support, Remote Monitoring, Technical Training and a variety of other Professional Services. With Nationwide service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (as needed), our goal is to exceed your expectations.

Depot Repair


Duyen Khang state-of-the-art repair facility includes the latest diagnostic equipment utilized by the equipment manufacturer. We provide fast turnaround time and use the original equipment manufacturer`s parts in the process. Depot Service is best suited to portable equipment such as terminals and printers, which can be readily swapped out and shipped via courier to a central repair facility. Depot Service is available on a fixed cost annual Service Agreement or on a time and materials basis.

Service Agreements make it easy to budget your support costs with a fixed annual price. In addition we provide you with priority turn-around on repairs. Your equipment will be in and out of our shop within 3 days

On-Site Repair and Maintenance


We provide Nationwide On-Site Service either on a fixed annual service agreement basis or on a "time and material" pay as required basis. Service Agreements are available with optional hours of coverage from standard Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to full 24 hour a day, 7 day a week coverage. We provide a full range of services including: installation, repair, preventive maintenance, training and over the phone support. Customers with Service Agreements receive priority response from our factory trained service representatives.

Repair Services Include:

  • Remedial Maintenance, covering all parts labor and travel.
  • Agreement coverage up to 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week, depending on the contract

Preventative Maintenance Services include:

  • Mandatory Firmware Revisions
  • Mandatory Engineering Change Orders
